Shark's 3 Most Outstanding Machines: Navigator Lift-away NV360 Deluxe, NV352 and NV356E Professional - Which Should I Invest In?

In the market, Shark's vacuum cleaner always occupies the leading position in the vacuum cleaner line for the home.

The 3 models:  Shark navigator lift away deluxe NV360, NV352 and NV352E are so famous that people wonder which one to buy.

The following article will show the differences in each type to give you the most comprehensive view.

Launched the earliest of the three, the Shark Navigator Lift-away NV352 has had 10 years on the list of the best-selling vacuum cleaners of all time.

  • The machine has a 25-foot power cord, a dust box size of 1320ml and a machine capacity of up to 1200W.
Regarding noise, Navigator NV352 emits a loud noise when the machine is working. Houses with young children and the elderly will find it quite uncomfortable with the 80.4dB of sound.
  • In terms of weight, the Navigator 352 vacuum cleaner is not too heavy. The machine weighs about 14lbs for both the Lift-away section and the tripod.
  • The accessories that come with the machine are quite diverse with crevice tool, motorized brushes, dusting brush.
  • Price: $164
  • Effective cleaning on carpets.

Released later, Shark Navigator Lift-away NV360 also has the same design and functions as the NV352 but improved in parameters.

  • The Shark NV360  series has a 25ft power cord - an average length for vacuums but it still seems a bit short if vacuuming in a remote area.
  • The dust container is 1320ml, the machine power is 1200W but the noise when vacuuming is only about 77.3dB.
  • This vacuum is also lighter than the previous NV352 model with 13lbs for the overall machine. This will make it easier for you to move around when vacuuming in many areas.
  • The accessories attached to the Shark NV360 Deluxe are different: the machine only has an upholstery tool and a crevice tool.
  • At $170, the NV360 works especially well on hard floors. Carpet areas only clean about 97%.

Launched shortly after the Shark NV352 and before the Shark Navigator 360, the Shark Navigator Lift-away NV356E has made improvements over its predecessor, but there are still a number of points to improve on the new NV360:

  • The NV356E's power cord is up to 30ft - much longer than the 2 models of the Shark family, the dust container capacity is also much larger (2420ml) allowing continuous vacuuming without emptying in the middle.
  • The power remains the same at 1200W but the NV356E’s noise level is the lowest among the 3 vacuum cleaners (77.1dB).
  • It seems that some of the parts are larger, so the weight of the Shark 356E is slightly higher than the NV360 Deluxe, at 13.7lbs.
  • Still has the traditional crevice attachment, but the Navigator Lift-away 356E is equipped with a pet power brush to optimize the ability to clean up fibers.
  • NV356E is the cheapest of the 3 Shark models, only $ 135, the cleaning ability on carpets is also at 94% compared to the other 2 types.

Personally, I would prefer a vacuum cleaner like  Shark navigator NV360 because of its reasonable price and suitable for my needs. The remaining 2 models are also worth a try if your home prioritizes low cost and average vacuuming function.
